Chill Insurance Winter Home Interiors Ebook
Getting rid of unsightly pine is always one of my favourite things to do! In the 90’s it was really ‘in’. Pine floor, pine wall panelling, pine kitchens and door and even pine panelling on the ceilings! But I think I can safely say thats a trend that is well and truly gone and I don’t think it will ever return. (fingers and toes crossed). If you are still looking at too much pine in your home and its getting you down, hold tight there is a painted pine tutorial coming your way.
So when I spotted this little bench in CJM Furniture in Cork I knew it was the perfect time to transform. Painting Pine is always a good idea and it can really transform not only the piece of furniture your painting but also the room its in. It can give your space a whole new look and feel. Even painting doors can change-up your home. Before getting rid of any pine kitchens or pieces of furniture trust me when I say to paint it first and it can really change your mind.
This little bench was a great find and you can use the exact same process on your kitchen chairs when you follow the steps in the Winter Interiors ebook for Chill Insurance
I get asked everyday what paint do I use and off course its Colourtrend paints and I painted this bench in my all time favourite colour Island Breeze.

I always find it amazing what paint can really do. It is almost unrecognisable. Adding a few scatter cushions from my favourite cushion designer Nikki McWilliams and the look is complete.
