Getting together and focusing on your goals. Starting the year with a focused plan, a map to get closer to where you want to be. Breaking down goals into achievable steps to help you create a life you want. This challenge is to help you reduce the overwhelm in a positive mainframe.
Who is it for?
- Its for people who want to start off the year 2020 with a positive and achievable direction.
- People who need to focus on achieving their goals without the overwhelm
- Taking positive steps and taking action on goals.
What do you Get?
- A bullet style Journal 21 challenge PDF workbook (32 pages)
- You will need to fill out a page of the workbook a day (takes 5-10 minutes)
- Access to a Facebook group for support and to encourage full momentum for the 21 days and beyond
- Short Videos to prompt you to take action and working through some examples
- (if you do not have a Facebook account, i suggest you create a temporary Facebook to access extra content)
You do not have to share any of your personal goals or anything in the group, its about been a support system and helping others step forward.
The course starts January 6th and runs for the 21 days. On the 2nd of January the workbook will be send you your email to print off and you will be added into the Facebook group.
